Fees:

The conference fee of $70 per person includes all meals from dinner on Friday through breakfast on Sunday, as well as receptions on Friday and Saturday, and all excursions.

Registration Forms and payment must be received by Monday, October 23. If you have arranged to stay in one of the rooms at Elm Tree House, please include your room payment as well.
