Northeast Environmental Studies Group (NEES) Annual Meeting
November 10-12, 2000
Williams College, Williamstown, MA

The Center for Environmental Studies at Williams College is pleased to host the annual Northeast Environmental Studies Group meeting. This meeting will be an opportunity for faculty and administrators of both undergraduate and graduate programs in environmental studies and environmental science to gather and discuss the issues they feel are most important to their programs. In addition to large group discussions and smaller breakout groups, we will be hosting several field trips to interesting sites near the Williams campus. We have also planned for there to be plenty of time for informal meetings and discussions.

The opening reception, dinners on Friday and Saturday nights, and several of the meeting sessions will be help at Elm Tree House on Mount Hope Farm, located just a few miles south of campus. Elm Tree House also has several guest rooms where conference participants can stay overnight - please see the lodging section for more information.
